The YCC credential is awarded to those who have completed The Youth Career Coach Inc. extensive training program to identify a youth’s goals, ambitions, career options and vision. The coach takes that content and helps the student identify goals and creates a time line that is both realistic and manageable.

Being a Youth Career Coach in collaboration with The YCC Inc. will help you to bring structure, aptitude and an additional skill set to an already needed market.

In summary, YCC credential will empower you as a counselor to coach youth to new heights and will enable you to help our youth achieve their dreams, aspirations and ultimately the skills to navigate their own path in the future.
