An inspirational Certified Career Coach, Speaker & Social Entrepreneur, Natascha Faye Saunders is a life changer. She coaches youth & young adults in continuing education, internships/job search, career selection, interviewing, resumes, goal-setting, personal vision statements, networking, personal finance, and professional image. Natascha is a former Assistant Director of Undergraduate Career Services at Boston University School of Management and past Co-op & Employment Specialist at Johnson & Wales University.

Natascha served on the MBA Admissions Committee for MIT Sloan School of Management, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dimock Community Health Center, Adjunct Women Studies Faculty for The University of Rhode Island, Adjunct Leadership Faculty at Northeastern University, Education Consultant for EnCompass Education Solutions, and she spends the bulk of her time as the CEO/Founder of The Youth Career Coach Inc.
 

Natascha is attended  Parkside Academy in Boston, MA, St. Kevin Elementary School in Dorchester, MA, John F. Kennedy Middle School in Natick, MA and Natick High School (the home of New England Patriot, Doug Flutie) in Natick, MA where she graduated having served as Class Secretary, Cheerleader and participated on the Track 'n' Field and Tennis teams.She is also a very proud METCO Alumna student, a program created in the 60's to diversify schools in suburban communities.

In the year 1999, while attending the University of Massachusetts at Amherst she discovered her passion for Image Consulting. As a result, she was the creator of a Bachelor Degree Interdisciplinary (BDIC) area of study for UMASS entitled, "Independent Image Consulting". Natascha used courses from the Isenberg School of Management, School of Public Health & Health Science as well as the Department of Consumer Studies which gave her a solid academic and practical foundation she has today.

She also earned an MBA in Global Business Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, an MS in Leadership from Northeastern University and her Certification in Career Coaching from The Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches. Natascha's education also includes: recognition from the FDIC for completing a Money Smart Training Program. In addition, she is currently in the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) Program at Northeastern University with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Communication and she currently attends Harvard University | Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education Program for Leadership, Organization and Action. 

Prior to focusing on coaching, Natascha's professional background consisted of retail experience with Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ann Taylor, Filene’s and Macy's; fitness industry experience with Bally's Total Fitness, Boston Sports Club and Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center; and financial services experience with State Street Research & Management and A.G Edwards & Sons Inc.

Academic establishments such as: Harvard University, Brown University, Boston University, Providence College, Roxbury Community College, Simmons College, Natick High School, The Met School, Paul Cuffee, Upward Bound, Jeremiah E. Burke (MC/Host) , West Roxbury Education Complex, Community Academy and The Fenway High School have all hosted Natascha as a guest speaker for their student body. She has spoken and served on panels for some of the nation’s most prominent organizations including: 85 Broads, The Links Inc., National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Girls Scouts of America, TJX Corporations, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Natascha has engaged in many interviews with the media such as: Boston - Bay State Banner, The Rhode Island Providence American, The Fall-Rivers Herald News, The Pepper Bird Magazine, Point Magazine, The Jim Vincent Show/Rhode Island Cox Cable and Massachusetts BNN Cable, NYC Avenue Pink Radio, and ABC Channel 5 CityLine with Karen Holmes-Ward. Natascha has also been featured in Working Mother Magazine Online & Color Magazine USA sharing career tips to parents for their children.

      

Natascha received a senate citation for the completion of Leadership for a Future Training Program under the Institute for Labor Studies and Research and The National Conference for Community & Justice. She has also served as Miss Black Rhode Island 2006 and 2007 under the Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant.

Natascha sits on the Board of Directors for Dimock Community Health Center and is a member of the National Career Development Association, Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society, African American Women in Higher Education and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

Natascha has coached and mentored 1000's of students and career professionals. Natascha is single and lives in the New England area, where she enjoys tennis, reading and cooking.
