GROUP COACHING
(Avg Size 2 - 10 members per group/per hour)
(Ideal for ages 21+ but can be adjusted for youth)
Level 1 (Virtual)
- This level of participation in the group includes all group sessions, all homework assignments, and full access to the online group community. This level does not include any individual (1:1) sessions with Natascha.
- $50 per participant/per 60 min session (paid monthly based on amount of total sessions or can be paid all up front).
- $60 per participate/per 90 min session (paid monthly based on amount of total sessions or can be paid all up front).
Level 1 (Face to Face)
- This level of participation in the group includes all group sessions, all homework assignments, and full access to the online group community. This level only includes (1:1) sessions with Natascha inside of group time.
- $60 per participant/per session (paid monthly based on amount of total sessions or can be paid all up front).
- $70 per participate/per 90 min session (paid monthly based on amount of total sessions or can be paid all up front).
