Margaret Credle Thomas, MSW
METCO Director (High School), Social Worker, and School Adjustment Counselor who conducts consultations, providing support through the METCO Director (K-12) and former Social Worker, and School Adjustment Counselor who conducts consultations, provides support through the identification and development of strategies for the resolution of student academic and adjustment problems. She also develops and implements comprehensive prevention and intervention programs designed to progress students' matriculation while consistently monitoring student progress. Lastly, she has her licensure as Assistant Principal and Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent.

Formerly with Mercer as a Senior Technical Analyst focused on Coding SQL queries against Oracle databases using InfoMaker and ETL tool Data Junction. Designed and analyzed benefits information files for large clients using EDI and other industry standards. Creation of reports using SQL and MS Excel. Managed offshore team deliverables and was responsible for the quality of interface development. SME on the process to load data between databases and conducted training on the basics of SQL. A professional hobby of photography.
