Natascha Saunders is a certified career coach, facilitator, speaker, consultant, and proud daughter of Edward R. Saunders (FBI Citizens Academy Alum, Aircraft Division, Retired from General Electric ~ from South Carolina) and Faye J. Harley-Saunders (Avon Sales Representative, Retired from New England Law School as an Admissions Counselor ~ from Georgia), and sister of Edward Michael Saunders (Pastor, Gang Youth Expert, Singer), and Rodney Eugene Saunders (*Deceased, Musician)

Natascha Saunders is underpinned by sound coaching principles and well-validated techniques that produce life-changing results. She is an embodiment of inspiration, rejuvenation, and heart in the lives of her clients.

A former Assistant Director of Career Services, Assistant Human Resources Manager, IVY+ MBA Admissions Committee Member and Financial Associate, Natascha customizes her consulting style to help clients write visions and outline their goals. Through her coaching programs and branding tool M.I.C.R.O™, Natascha is a coach for those who don’t know where to start and for middle-management leaders looking to rebrand.

As the founder of a career and consulting firm, The YCC Inc. est. 2009 in Boston, MA  serving Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z,  and corporations such as: EMD Serono, KPMG, YearUp and Target; Natascha has provided Executive C-Suite Coaching, developed curriculum, crafted workshops for Fortune 500 companies, coached foster care youth, created communication plans, and crafted human resource policies for small businesses. She leverages her experiences to help clients brand for the 21st century from the inside out.

A compassionate leader, Natascha has spoken at organizations, universities, non-profits, churches and provided webinars on career and leadership development. She has contributed to media outlets such as InsideJobs, Scholastic, Bridges, ABC, COX, METRO, CKNW, WCVB, BNN, WHUR, and SheKnows. The Women’s Empowerment Convention at Harvard named Natascha their Woman of the Year and Northeastern University nominated Natascha for Teaching Excellence.

Tapping into her educational background, she is certified in career coaching by the Professional Association of Resume Writers/ Career Coaches (PARW/CC). She earned a Senate Citation from the Institute for Labor Studies (RI-LFAF), Certificate of Appreciation from the DIA: Federal Women, is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy, an executive education alumna of the Harvard Kennedy School in Leading Change, and MIT Sloan in Entrepreneurship, trained in HMP Mediation from Harvard Law, an MBA graduate of Johnson & Wales University, BA holder from UMASS Amherst, and a MS degree holder in Leadership, and current Ed.D. candidate at Northeastern University. 


She loves to play tennis, bake pound cakes and cheer her godson on at his soccer games.
