Natascha Saunders is a certified career coach, facilitator, speaker, consultant, and proud daughter of Edward R. Saunders (Retired from General Electric) and Faye J. Harley-Saunders (Retired from New England Law School) and sister of Edward Michael Saunders (Pastor, Gang Youth Expert, Singer) and Rodney Eugene Saunders *deceased (Army, Musician). 

Natascha Saunders is a certified career coach, facilitator, astute public speaker, faculty member, and consultant, who is underpinned by sound coaching principles and well-validated techniques which produce amazing results. She is an embodiment of vitality in the lives of her clients.

A former Assistant Director of Career Services, Assistant Human Resources Manager, IVY+ MBA Admissions Committee Member and Financial Associate, Natascha customizes her consulting style to help clients write visions and outline their goals. Through her coaching programs and branding tool M.I.C.R.O™, Natascha is a coach for those who don’t know where to start and for middle-management leaders looking to rebrand.

As the founder of a career and consulting firm, The YCC Inc. est. 2009 in Boston, MA  serving Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z,  and corporations such as: EMD Serono, KPMG, YearUp and Target; Natascha has provided Executive C-Suite Coaching, developed curriculum, crafted workshops for Fortune 500 companies, coached foster care youth, created communication plans, and crafted human resource policies for small businesses. She leverages her experiences to help clients brand for the 21st century from the inside out.

An exemplary leader, Natascha has spoken at organizations, universities, non-profits, churches and provided webinars on career and leadership development. She has contributed to media outlets such as InsideJobs, Scholastic, Bridges, ABC, COX, METRO, CKNW, WCVB, BNN, WHUR, and SheKnows. The Women’s Empowerment Convention at Harvard named Natascha their Woman of the Year and Northeastern University nominated Natascha for Teaching Excellence.

Certified in Career Coaching by PARW/CC, she is an executive education alumni of Harvard Kennedy School in Leading Change, and MIT Sloan in Entrepreneurship, trained in Mediation from Harvard Law, an MBA graduate in Organizational Leadership of Johnson & Wales University, a master's degree holder and doctoral candidate in Leadership & Communication at Northeastern University, and she earned a bachelor's in Image Consulting from UMASS Amherst.


She loves to play tennis, bake pound cakes and cheer her godson on at his soccer games.
